Schedule & Compensation Highlights
- Competitive hourly pay: $28.00 – $36.00 per hour, based on experience
- Shift differentials available for evenings and nights
- 12-hour shift options (3 shifts per week available)
- Flexible scheduling, including weekend-only or no-weekend options
- Manageable patient ratios
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Accurately document care and observations using PointClickCare
- Monitor resident conditions and respond appropriately to changes
- Assist with emergency situations in a calm, timely, and professional manner
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, respiratory therapists, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
- Support a person-centered approach that respects resident dignity and preferences
Qualifications & Requirements
- Current Pennsylvania LPN License in good standing
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to remain effective during high-acuity or emergency situations
- Ability to perform physical job duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Commitment to high-quality, resident-centered nursing care
