What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shift Leader position at Fox’s Pizza Den?
Now Hiring Shift leader with opportunity for assistant manager.
Requirements are as follows.
1. Must Have PIZZA experience.
2. Must be available weekends.
3. Must be a leader, someone that cares about doing the job correctly and with integrity.
4. Must have good character, problem solving skills, the ability to multitask under pressure and a positive attitude.
5. Must accept responsibility, take correction with stride and desire to improve yourself.
6. No drama! Keep your personal problems and opinions personally to you.
This job requires availability of 5 days a week with WEEKEND availability. Shifts are 3:00/4:00 pm till closing around 11:00 pm/12:00 am. You will get dirty, tired, have to stand for 7 to 8 hours making food while managing the staff to ensure quality, consistency, accuracy and customer service. However, you will be in a good environment with the best crew in Kingsport. We treat each other with respect, and EVERYONE works together within a drama free environment, which you must maintain. This is a WORKING management position, not a boss position. Managers are leaders, we earn the respect of our crew by leading by example. My standards are high. Do NOT apply if you do not want to challenge yourself!
