Pizza Manager

Fox's Pizza Den Millvale is looking for a shift manager. You will be responsible for day to day operations of the store when the owner is not there. However, you will work closely WITH him, not for him.

First, you must be an EXCELLENT pizza maker and be able to work in a busy, and sometimes stressful, environment. We strive on the presentation and accuracy of our quality product for our customers! The owner works in the store and will always be fully available to help get you trained and ready to lead. We are looking for someone to help grow the store, as well as themself. Potential for advancement with future store openings.

Requirements:

• Must be reliable and punctual
• 1 year of management in a pizza shop
• Serv safe certified or willing to be
• Reliable transportation to work
• weekend availability
• Great customer service skills
• Positive attitude
• Take pride in your work
• Ability to display time management and route orders correctly
• Ability to multi-task

Wages based on your ability to learn, make food, experience, and managing skills.

Duties:

• Oversee daily operations of the establishment, ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Manage and train staff members
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the establishment
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food production and delivery
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Skills:

• Previous experience pizza shop work/management is required.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices
