Host Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude
- Manage the waitlist and seating arrangements
- Answer phones and assist with reservations
- Maintain a clean and organized host stand
- Communicate effectively with servers and management
Busser Responsibilities
- Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly
- Refill water and assist guests as needed
- Support servers to ensure efficient service
- Keep the dining room, service stations, and restrooms clean and stocked
- Assist with opening and closing duties
Qualifications
- Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Dependable and punctual
- Able to stand, walk, lift, and carry items throughout the shift
- Restaurant experience is a plus but not required—we're happy to train the right candidates
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is preferred
