Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and energetic Beverage Cart Attendant to enhance the guest experience on our golf course. This role involves providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the cart. The ideal candidate will have strong time management skills, and the ability to upsell products to maximize sales. Previous experience with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is a plus, along with a solid understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
Duties
- Serve a variety of beverages and snacks to golf course guests from the beverage cart
- Prepare and stock beverages efficiently, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
- Operate POS systems like Aloha or Micros for accurate cash handling and sales transactions
- Upsell products to increase sales opportunities while providing exceptional customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the cart, including food handling and sanitation procedures
- Restock supplies as needed, including ice, cups, and inventory items
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards
- Assist with general bussing duties on the course to keep the area tidy and inviting
- Manage cash register operations accurately, including basic math for transactions and change
Pay: $15.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
