Key Responsibilities include:
- Supervising and directing all the direct patient care and nursing services (in conjunction with the Medical Director) provided at Fox Run;
- Ensuring programs meet the needs of the community and the performance goals and objectives of the facility;
- Ensuring that the development, implementation and evaluation of policies and procedures are in direct compliance with all JCAHO, federal, state and local regulations;
- Establishing and maintaining a productive, professional relationship with the medical staff, management team and all other departments;
- Communicating with executive leadership about department, including creating and implementing areas for improvement;
- Maintaining high quality care through staff development and education.
Requirements:
- Nursing diploma from an accredited college or university required, Bachelor's degree required, Master's Degree preferred
- A minimum of (5) years of supervisory/management experience in a psychiatric/mental health inpatient environment.
- Experience treating children and adolescents preferred.
- Current Ohio license or compact license valid in Ohio.
