Description: Fox Rothschild LLP has an opening in Greenville, SC for an associate in the Taxation & Wealth Planning Department. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of general tax, trusts and estates, and estate planning experience. Responsibilities will include assisting with the creation and implementation of diverse estate planning strategies and helping clients with the administration of estates and trusts. Qualifications: Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Must be licensed to practice law in the State of South Carolina.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Strong academic record and excellent written and oral communication skills required.
- Experience working with trusts, estates, corporations, family-owned businesses, private foundations, and other tax-exempt organizations a plus.
- Experience with handling modifications of trusts and conflicts among trustees and beneficiaries, preferred.
- Master’s Degree from an LLM Taxation program strongly preferred.
- This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment including, but not limited to computers, telephones, printers, and copiers.
- Sedentary work: Exertion of physical strength to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects up to 10 pounds. Work involves sitting most of the time. Walking and standing is often necessary in carrying out job duties.
