Description: Fox Rothschild has an opening in Sarasota, FL for a senior attorney in our Litigation Department. The ideal candidate will have at least eight or more years of relevant litigation experience. We are not currently accepting resumes from search firms for this position.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Strong research, writing skills, and academic record.
- General litigation, courtroom, and deposition experience required.
- Ability to work as part of a dynamic litigation team in a fast-paced practice.
- Large law firm experience preferred.
- This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment including, but not limited to computers, telephones, printers, and copiers.
- Sedentary work: Exertion of physical strength to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects up to 10 pounds. Work involves sitting most of the time. Walking and standing is often necessary in carrying out job duties.
- Worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
