Key Responsibilities
- Cover loads by negotiating rates and building relationships with reliable carriers
- Manage the full shipment lifecycle from booking through delivery
- Build and maintain a strong network of carriers
- Track shipments and provide proactive updates to customers
- Handle paperwork and resolve issues to keep freight moving smoothly
- Work closely with the sales team or customers directly to deliver excellent service
Growth Opportunity

What We’re Looking For
- Previous freight brokerage or carrier sales experience preferred
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple loads at once
- Positive attitude and willingness to grow with a small, fast-moving company
