Actively participates creating a positive first and last impression of our guests. Organizes reservations and flow of service from a seating standpoint. Organizes and sells Merchandise and retail Beer. Actively works with answering or serving our guests on the phone, or directing them to someone who can help them. Participates in functions assigned by management that may not pertain to guest service.
