Funding Specialist
A Funding Specialist is a trusted guide to financial success. Helping our clients with their equipment financing and leasing needs in conjunction with our sales force to close transactions seamlessly. The role requires sense of urgency, while maintaining high attention to detail through the process. If you have customer service skills, and/or equipment finance experience – where sometimes you need to be gracious but tough, this might be a fit for you. This position is on-site in our Portsmouth, NH corporate office.

Requirements:

- Enter application details and financial statement/tax return data into the loan origination system and analyze it alongside supporting documentation.
- Review credit memoranda for accuracy and recommend edits to the Credit Manager/Credit Officer.
- Deliver high-quality work within established service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Keep work compliant with applicable federal and state regulations and Bank policy.
- Route loan requests to the Credit Officer when needed.
- Escalate policy exceptions, escalate concerns, and recommend practical solutions and tracking to leadership.
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers to understand customer needs and, when appropriate
- Follow Bank policies and procedures and complete required annual and role-specific training.
- Stay current on the Bank’s written policies and procedures.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
- A strong attention to detail and organization, with the ability to adjust priorities as needs change.
- Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
- General understanding of f key industries: technology, hospitality, construction, healthcare, franchise or commercial vehicles, and basic equipment finance products is preferred but not required.
At Fox Ridge Capital, our Funding Specialists play a vital role in our success by booking transactions accurately and delivering a fast, seamless customer experience. In this role, you’ll send document packages to customers, review files for compliance with Credit Risk policy, and work proactively with customers and vendors to gather any additional documentation needed for funding.
If you work well and are productive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Work independently, take ownership of assignments, and follow through with minimal supervision, this might be a good fit for you.
Salary : $60,000 - $100,000
