Business Development Manager

Role Purpose

Be the reason property owners choose Fox. At Fox Property Management, we don't believe sales is about pressure. We believe it's about trust, education, relationships, and helping property owners make confident decisions about one of their largest wealth-building assets.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for growing Fox's portfolio by building relationships, conducting property consultations, and converting opportunities into long-term management partnerships. You'll serve as the first impression of Fox and help property owners understand how our team can deliver both exceptional financial performance and peace of mind.

Our company has been serving Colorado property owners for more than 24 years and continues to invest heavily in growth. Fox provides property management solutions across long-term rentals, short-term rentals, mid-term rentals, and Sundance/festival lodging. This role is responsible for helping property owners determine which solution best aligns with their goals while growing each division of our business.

We have built a strong reputation, referral network, and marketing engine that generates opportunities across Colorado's Front Range. Your role is to build relationships, follow a proven process, and convert those opportunities into long-term clients.

We are not looking for someone who simply responds to leads. We are looking for someone who owns conversations, builds relationships, follows proven systems, and consistently turns opportunities into signed management agreements.

At Fox, we run on EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System). We believe every team member must:

Get It – Understand the role and what success looks like

Want It – Be genuinely motivated to perform at a high level

Have Capacity – Possess the time, energy, emotional intelligence, and skillset required to succeed

Our core values guide everything we do:

Be Kind - Show up as a human. Be thoughtful, respectful, and aware of the impact you have on others.

Find a Way Forward - Be solutions-oriented. Take the next best step, even when it’s messy or challenging.

Own the Outcome - Take responsibility and follow through. No excuses, no deflection - just action and seeing things through to the end.

In this role, you'll:

  • Build relationships with homeowners, investors, Realtors, and referral partners
  • Conduct consultations and property assessments
  • Guide prospects through the sales process with confidence and professionalism
  • Consistently manage opportunities within our CRM
  • Represent Fox at networking events, educational seminars, and community functions
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Help drive Fox's vision of becoming Colorado's most sought-after property management company
