Door-to-Door Sales Representative

We’re hiring summer representatives to sell pest-control services door-to-door. No previous sales experience is required—we provide training and coaching.

What you’ll do: Meet homeowners, explain pest-control services, and sign up new customers. Learn prospecting, communication, and sales skills through field experience. Participate in team training and treat customers respectfully.

What we offer: Commission-based earnings. Our first-year representatives average approximately $20,000–$30,000 over the summer. Earnings vary and are not guaranteed. Top few percent of rookies frequently earn 100k . Coaching from experienced representatives, including Golden Door award winners on the team. A supportive community focused on personal growth and leadership. Optional school-year training events with free food and no obligation to accept a summer position.

We’re looking for dependable, coachable people willing to work outdoors, start conversations, and handle rejection professionally. This is challenging work—not easy money.

The position is outside of Utah during the summer, so applicants outside the area must be willing to relocate for the summer.
