Fox Pest Control needs a full-time Customer Care Manager. We are seeking responsible customer service "All-Stars" who want to lead & train others as well as have an important role in supporting business operations. - $50,000-$55,000 salary DOE

Responsibilities
A day in the life of a Customer Care Manager
As a primary support leader for one of our Customer Service teams, the Customer Care Manager is responsible for leading and developing a team of 15 Customer Service Representatives. This role provides daily coaching, training, and support to ensure team members are equipped to deliver excellent customer experience.
The Call Center Manager will answer team questions, handle escalated customer calls, perform call audits, and provide feedback to improve performance. This role will also support key service goals, including customer retention, first-call resolution, after-call work efficiency, QA performance, and overall team effectiveness.
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
- High School degree/GED (required)
- College Degree (preferred, but not required)
- 2-5 years of customer service experience
- Proficiency with CRM software
- Happy, positive personality with a willingness to improve
- Leadership attributes including empathy, active listening skills, and integrity
- Can efficiently manage several tasks and responsibilities
- Proficiency with computers and various software including Microsoft Office
- Willing and able to promote a positive and uplifting company culture
