Escape Room Operations Team Member (Full or Part-Time)

FOX-N-OTTER Adventure Escape Rooms is a locally owned business creating memorable, high-quality experiences for families, friends, and teams in Western North Carolina. We are known for thoughtful puzzle design, welcoming hospitality, and a team that takes pride in doing things well.

We are considering adding one dependable full-time team member to support operations across both of our locations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, values reliability, and prefers a consistent schedule of around 30 hours per week, with the ability to work up to 40 hours when business demands it.

This position requires:

• Availability every Saturday 10am-9pm and Sunday 1pm-9pm
• Availability to work 2-3 weekdays M-F
• Willingness to work at both locations (Arden and Hendersonville)
• A typical schedule of 30–32 hours per week
• Flexibility to work up to 40 hours during busy seasons or staff coverage needs

This role is best suited for someone seeking steady, predictable hours and a long-term position.

What You’ll Do

Our full-time team members play an important role in keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring guests have a great experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities include:

• Hosting and guiding groups through escape room experiences
• Welcoming guests and setting a positive, confident tone with lots of smiles
• Monitoring games and providing hints when needed
• Resetting rooms carefully and efficiently between groups with needed small repairs
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional environment
• Communicating clearly with teammates across both locations
• Supporting daily operations and helping the team stay on schedule

Training is provided. You do not need prior escape room experience, but familiarity with escape rooms is helpful.

Experience in customer service, childcare, hospitality, education, or retail is helpful but not required.
