We’ve joined forces with Fireclay Tile, a fast-growing, design-driven manufacturer known for handcrafted tile and a modern digital platform that makes specifying and purchasing surfaces easier than ever. Together, we’re building something unique: a vertically integrated surfaces company that combines handcrafted materials, precision fabrication, and expert installation — all under one roof.
Our Richmond facility is home to a team of highly skilled craftsmen who take pride in doing things the right way, and our field team is professional, experienced, and focused on delivering exceptional value. The Team You’ll Work With …
As the CDL Driver, you will work directly with our talented Logistics and Operations team to ensure the safe and timely transport of construction materials within a 75-mile radius. The CDL Driver will maintain accurate logs and provide effective communication to ensure our delivery schedules are met seamlessly. This role reports to the Director of Installation and is based out of our Richmond, CA facility. Our culture thrives on professional development, technical mastery, and opportunities for growth within the organization. This is an hourly position and pays $18.

- A Licensed Professional: You hold a valid CDL and take pride in maintaining a clean driving record.
- Bilingual Communicator: You are fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing you to coordinate effectively with diverse teams and clients.
- Construction Savvy: You have a foundational knowledge of construction materials and how to handle them safely.
- Reliable and Organized: You possess a high school diploma (or equivalent) and have a knack for keeping accurate documentation on the go.
