Job Summary
We are seeking friendly, professional, and attentive Front of House Staff to join our team as Servers and Hosts. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include managing reservations, greeting guests, and efficiently handling various restaurant operations to deliver a memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and manage seating arrangements to ensure smooth flow of service.
- Handle restaurant reservation systems to book, modify, or cancel reservations accurately.
- Manage restaurant table management systems to optimize seating and minimize wait times.
- Use POS (Point of Sale) systems for processing orders, payments, and billing with accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with guests via phone for reservation inquiries or other requests.
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house environment to enhance guest experience.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Uphold restaurant policies and procedures while delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a host/hostess or in a customer service role within the restaurant industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant reservation management software is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, especially over the phone.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Friendly demeanor with a professional appearance and attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
