What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mechanic position at FOX HOLLOW GOLF COURSE?
Fox Hollow Golf Course in La Crosse, WI is looking for a mechanic to join our team. We are located at W4131 County Road O. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and hard-working. Roughly 30 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Communicates any needs or problems relating to maintenance or repair of equipment.
- Inspects diagnoses, adjusts and repairs mechanical defects/failures in various pieces of golf course maintenance equipment and golf carts on a regular basis.
- Repairs and adjusts engines and cutting mechanisms on various equipment.
- Keeps golf carts and maintenance equipment oiled and inspected.
- Keeps up preventative maintenance.
- Works to prioritize equipment repair and maintenance work.
Qualifications
- Two years of equipment repair experience.
- Requires a working knowledge of the general operation of gasoline and diesel equipment.
- Maintains a clean and safe work environment, as well as well-organized parts inventory.
- Require assisting in daily inspection of golf course equipment and carts.
