What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Cook position at FOX HOLLOW GOLF BANQUET?
Fox Hollow Golf Course in La Crosse, WI is looking for a line cook to join our team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and reliable. Flexible hours up to 40 hours per week depending on your needs. Starting pay is between $17 and $20 an hour depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Chop vegetables, prepare sauces and other food preparation
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen
- Ensure that all food and other items are stored properly
Qualifications:
- Cooking experience or Back of the House experience preferred
- Able to meet all scheduling commitments
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with team members
- Ability to multitask
- Strong attention to details
Physical Requirements:
- Sitting, standing, walking, reaching, stooping, bending, twisting, kneeling, pushing and pulling. Must be able to lift 20 lbs.
