WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish.
• Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless systems, and related equipment.
• Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications, local codes, and company quality standards.
• Mentor and develop apprentice technicians.
• Deliver high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.
• Help maintain a positive, team-oriented culture.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Idaho HVAC Journeyman License
• EPA Certification
• Strong residential installation experience
• Leadership and mentoring abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Commitment to quality craftsmanship
• A team-first attitude

• $30-$35 per hour DOE SPIFs
• Overtime and after-hours pay at time-and-a-half
