HVAC Journeyman

Fox Heating and Cooling is seeking a full-time HVAC Journeyman to join our team in Boise, ID. This position offers a pay range of $25 - $35 hourly, depending on experience, plus bonuses. We also provide an excellent benefits package. This includes:

YOUR SCHEDULE

This is a full-time position located in Boise, ID. The HVAC Journeyman will work a consistent schedule to support our customers and ensure their heating and cooling needs are met throughout the year.

YOUR DAY

As an HVAC Journeyman, you will begin with the necessary tools and company vehicle, traveling to various locations to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You will be responsible for diagnosing equipment issues, communicating with customers in a professional manner, and providing effective solutions. You will represent Fox Heating and Cooling with integrity and dedication, working both independently and as part of a team.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2 years of HVAC experience
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• EPA certification (preferred)
