Position Overview

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for managing reception activities, greeting visitors, handling incoming communications, and providing administrative support. Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and provide a positive first impression of the organization.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and messages.
• Manage visitor sign-in procedures and maintain reception records.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room reservations.
• Maintain organized office files, records, and administrative documents.
• Assist with data entry, document preparation, and clerical projects.
• Monitor office supply inventory and assist with ordering requests.
