What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and help them find the right vehicle for their needs.
- Build lasting relationships with customers through excellent service and communication.
- Learn about our Ford lineup and confidently present vehicle features and benefits.
- Assist customers throughout the buying process, from the initial visit to vehicle delivery.
- Follow up with customers and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Work with the sales and management teams to create an exceptional customer experience.
- Meet sales goals while maintaining honesty, professionalism, and integrity.
- Help maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming showroom.
What We're Looking For
