Role Description
As we continue to grow, Fox Equipment, LLC is adding to our team and seeking a full-time, on-site Project Manager in Green Cove Springs, FL. This position oversees projects from initiation through completion, ensuring client requirements, schedules, and milestones are met. Responsibilities include procurement coordination, material expediting, logistics management, inspections, and cross-functional communication with internal teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project scope, schedules, resources, and budgets
- Lead cross-functional teams, customers, and vendors
- Track costs, manage risks, and control scope changes
- Run project meetings and provide clear status updates
- Maintain project schedules, documentation, and Salesforce updates
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or engineering environment
- 5 years of Project Management experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
