Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Geothermal Drilling Laborer to join our team. This role involves assisting in the setup, operation, and cleanup of geothermal drilling projects. The laborer will support drilling crews with equipment handling, site preparation, and safe work practices.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up and dismantling drilling rigs, tools, and equipment.
- Load, unload, and organize materials and supplies on site.
- Operate hand tools and basic power tools as required.
- Maintain clean and safe work areas around drilling operations.
- Follow directions from supervisors and work effectively with the drilling crew.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.
- Perform other general labor duties as needed to support drilling operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous construction or drilling experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work outdoors.
- Comfortable working in varying weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
Fort Bragg Base Access Requirements (Mandatory)
Candidates must meet the following requirements to work on Fort Bragg:
- Possession of a REAL ID–compliant driver’s license or identification card.
- Possession of a valid Social Security card.
- No criminal or background restrictions that would prohibit access to a U.S. military installation.
- Ability to pass any required background checks for base access.
