We currently have a career opportunity for a full-time Floating Teller!The Teller creates a positive first impression and establishes strong member relationships, processes member transactions, and assists members with account maintenance and problem resolution. The Floating Teller assists multiple branches on an as-needed basis.The primary responsibilities of the Teller role include but are not limited to:Promoting and upholding the Fox Purpose, Mission, Vision, and Values Processing basic and advanced member transactions and account maintenance confidentially, accurately, and efficiently, and assisting members with problem resolution Building member relationships by uncovering member needs, providing overall education, suggesting products and services, and directing members to other credit union representatives as appropriate Candidates for the Teller position should possess:One to twelve months of similar or related experience is a plus Previous cash handling or teller experience is preferred Knowledge of credit union products and services is a plus Excellent attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Flexible availability, including rotating Saturdays Working Knowledge of computers and ten-key data entry skills required Ability to adjust to different work environments and team members on a daily basis Ideal candidates will have flexible availability, which will include Saturdays, be passionate about member/customer service and thrive in a team and results oriented environment.Branch hours: Mon.-Fri. 8am-5:30pm, Sat. 9am-12pmFox Communities Credit Union is an over $3 billion in assets community-based credit union serving more than 130,000 members at over 20 locations.
