What are the responsibilities and job description for the MEMBER RELATIONSHIP OFFICER I - FLOATING position at Fox Communities Credit Union?
We currently have a career opportunity for a full-time Floating Member Relationship Officer to join the Fox family! The Floating Member Relationship Officer will be based out of the closest Fox location to their home but will be required to travel and support as needed at any of our 22 locations in NE Wisconsin. A listing of our branch hours and locations can be found on our website.
The primary responsibilities of the Member Relationship Officer role include but are not limited to:
- Providing members with sound financial guidance for all their consumer lending needs.
- Evaluate and recommend decisions based on lending policy.
- Professionally assist members with their needs by opening and maintaining checking, savings, CD and IRA accounts.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships to anticipate member’s future needs and to exceed their expectations.
Candidates for the Member Relationship Officer position should possess:
- Strong interviewing skills and listening skills to identify member needs.
- Minimum of one-year sales and service experience.
- The ability to speak and translate fluent Spanish and English is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain a professional, courteous, and friendly atmosphere for members and co-workers.
- Flexible availability which will include rotating Saturdays.
- Proven attention to detail skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of MS office or similar software.
Preferred candidates will possess previous financial industry experience with account opening and consumer lending knowledge.
