What are the responsibilities and job description for the ASSISTANT BRANCH TEAM LEAD I - FLOATING position at Fox Communities Credit Union?
We currently have a career opportunity for a full-time Floating Assistant Branch Team Lead I in the Green Bay area!
The Assistant Branch Team Lead I creates a positive first impression and establishes strong member relationships. Assists as needed with supervision of front-line staff and branch operations. Processes basic and advanced member transactions. Assists with account maintenance and problem resolution. The Floating Assistant Branch Team Lead I assists multiple branches on an as-needed basis.
The primary responsibilities of the Assistant Branch Team Lead I role include but are not limited to:
- Promoting and upholding the Fox Mission, Purpose, Vision, and Values
- Providing friendly, professional, and personal service to all members
- Providing an exceptional experience for members and ensuring the branch team is providing the same
- Balancing branch vault(s), cashbox, ATM, and cash recyclers (TCRs) promptly and accurately
- Supporting the Branch Team Lead with service and staffing levels of the branch, including MRO staff; making sure the branch has adequate coverage and is responding to members’ needs quickly while ensuring the members’ overall experience is of the highest quality
- Maintaining a strong knowledge of credit union products and services to confidently share features and benefits with members
- Supporting frontline team members with advanced transactions
- Performing branch audits
- Troubleshooting member concerns effectively
- Processing member transactions and account maintenance confidently, accurately, and efficiently
- Opening new accounts while building member relationships by uncovering member needs, suggesting products and services, and providing overall member education
- Positively representing Fox in the community
Candidates for the Assistant Branch Team Lead I position should possess:
- One to three years of similar or related experience
- Previous supervisory experience is a plus but may not be required
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Ability to successfully resolve conflict and problem solve
- The ability to speak and translate fluent Spanish and English is preferred.
Branch hours: Mon.-Fri. 8am-5:30pm, Sat. 9am-12pm
