Performance Fab is looking for a Welder/Fabricator to join our growing team. What You'll Do
- Perform MIG, TIG, and Flux Core welding
- Read blueprints and fabrication drawings
- Cut, fit, and fabricate metal components
- Inspect your work to ensure quality and precision
- Assist with custom fabrication projects and structural steel solutions
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
- Travel to jobsites when needed for on-site fabrication and repairs
What We're Looking For
- Welding and fabrication experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Commitment to safety and quality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment
