Key responsibilities include forecasting department goals, recruiting and developing body shop staff, and building/controlling the annual operating budget. You'll track repair progress in the shop to ensure proper repair and safety procedures are followed, reduce comebacks through quality checks, and address customer concerns promptly within dealership guidelines.
