GOLF SERVICES STAFF
POSITION SUMMARY
The Golf Services Staff is responsible for delivering an exceptional golf experience through the management of the golf cart fleet, practice facilities, and bag room and bag drop operations. This role is centered on providing a high level of service while creating a welcoming, personalized, and memorable experience for members and their guests.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare, stage, and maintain the golf cart fleet to ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness at all times.
- Set up and maintain practice facilities, including range ball management and overall presentation to club standards.
- Provide assistance at bag drop, including handling, loading, and unloading golf bags for members and guests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bag room and surrounding operational areas.
- Support daily golf operations, outings, and club events as needed.
MEMBER EXPERIENCE & HOSPITALITY
- Greet members and guests promptly with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Provide attentive service while anticipating needs before they are expressed.
- Create a positive and lasting first and final impression of the club.
- Engage with members in a genuine, personable, and respectful manner.
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong work ethic with attention to detail.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
- Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift and carry golf bags on a regular basis.
Must be 16 years or older with a valid driver's license.
