Your Role in Our Practice:

As a key member of our clinical team, you will help us deliver the high-quality, comprehensive treatment our patients deserve. Your responsibilities include:

• Clinical Excellence: Providing expert chairside assistance during advanced dental procedures, including cosmetic restorations and implant dentistry.
• Patient Advocacy: Welcoming patients into our "spa-like" environment, ensuring their comfort with amenities (like Netflix or Pandora), and addressing concerns with empathy.
• Advanced Diagnostics: Utilizing the latest technology to take and develop dental radiographs (x-rays) and maintaining meticulous digital records.
• Proactive Care: Educating patients on preventive measures to achieve optimal oral health and helping them make informed decisions about their treatment.
• Operational Integrity: Maintaining a sterile, safe environment in accordance with infection control protocols and managing clinical inventory to ensure seamless daily operations.

What We Are Looking For:

• Certifications: High school diploma/equivalent; X-ray certification required; CPR certification and completion of an accredited dental assisting program preferred.
• Expertise: Proven experience in a dental or healthcare setting with a strong grasp of dental terminology and modern instrumentation.
