Server

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about menu items.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately.
• Check on guests throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction.
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to any requests or concerns.
• Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Upsell additional menu items and beverages to increase sales.
• Work as part of a team to provide excellent service and create a positive dining experience for guests.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role preferred.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Knowledge of food and beverage menu items.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• TABC certification (Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission) may be required.
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
