BASIC FUNCTION :
Sound working knowledge of Deli Operations within a retail grocery environment. Effectively and efficiently manages Deli operations and assigned personnel to achieve established department sales, marketing and profit goals. Promotes and maintains positive customer and employee relations.
EQUIPMENT/TOOLS OPERATED :
Proficient skill in operation of standard department equipment, which includes mixers, grinders, scales, fryers, knives and sanitizing equipment.WORK ENVIRONMENT :
Enjoy working within a team, customer and employee focused environment. Able to be flexible/versatile, multi-task and be self-directed.
