Fox Auto Parks is seeking a dependable, motivated, and experienced Parking Operations Supervisor to join our team in SeaTac, Washington. This leadership role is responsible for supervising daily parking operations, ensuring excellent customer service, supporting team members, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily parking lot operations and staff.
- Lead, train, and support parking attendants.
- Ensure exceptional customer service for all guests.
- Monitor lot capacity, traffic flow, and vehicle safety.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
- Conduct routine inspections to maintain cleanliness and safety.
- Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and employee coaching.
- Enforce company policies and operational procedures.
- Complete reports and communicate effectively with management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of previous parking industry experience (required).
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
