What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk/Hostess/Host position at Fowling Warehouse DFW?
Front Desk/Host/Hostess Expectations:
Must be a TEAM player. Responsible for greeting all guests with an enthusiastic Welcome to Fowling Warehouse. The front desk team is our guests first and last impression of Fowling Warehouse DFW. Must be able to maintain a positive upbeat attitude in a high-volume environment. Will need to know the rules and the history of Fowling.Will be responsible with following all the guest check in protocol. Will need to know the rules and the history of Fowling. Must be able to ring in guest lane charges into POS. Secure payment from guest and process through POS. Preform opening and closing duties as assigned. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. Should be able to lift 25 pounds. Required to follow all Fowling Warehouse DFW policies and procedures.
