Job Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the entire sales process — from inquiry to vehicle delivery
• Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles
• Learn and execute strategies to grow market share and build lasting customer relationships
• Stay current on vehicle features, incentives, and industry trends
• Meet performance standards in sales volume, customer satisfaction, and product knowledge
• Use CRM software to manage prospects and customer interactions

Who we’re looking for

Self-starters with strong communication and people skills

Positive, professional attitude and commitment to customer service

Experience is a plus, but not required – we will train the right candidate

Requirements

Valid Driver's License and MVR acceptable to our Insurance Carrier

Compensation

Experienced salespeople: Competitive commission-based pay with high earning potential

Inexperienced candidates: Start strong with a $4,000/month salary as you learn the business
