Key Responsibilities- Prepare, review, and distribute client invoices accurately and timely
- Maintain billing records and client account information
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances
- Process payments and apply credits appropriately
- Work closely with partners and staff regarding billing matters
- Respond professionally to client billing inquiries
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and client information
