RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide courteous telephone service and assist guests with inquiries.
- Handle guest reservations, changes, and confirmations.
- Ensure a smooth and welcoming check-in and check-out experience for all guests.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must pass background check.
- Must be able to work 1st or second shift.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Ability to provide friendly, professional service and contribute to a positive guest experience.
