- 10,000 & 12,000 Mile Bonus Pay ($0.03CPM / $0.05 CPM)
- Orientation Pay ($100)
- 34 Hour Reset Pay ($100)
- Layover Pay ($75)
- Tarp Pay ($75)
- Extra Stop Pay ($50)
- Clean DOT Inspection Pay ($50 - $100)
- Monthly Performance & Safety Bonus ($0.03 - $0.10 CPM)
