Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced UI Designer to create intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences for web-based applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in user-centered design, prototyping, accessibility standards, and collaborating with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver high-quality interfaces.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10 years of experience in UI/UX Design or User-Centered Design.
• Experience designing responsive web-based applications.
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Axure.
• Strong experience creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Experience conducting usability testing, user research, heuristic evaluations, and surveys.
• Knowledge of design systems, visual consistency, and interaction patterns.
• Experience applying Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.
• Ability to translate business and user requirements into intuitive interface designs.
• Experience collaborating with Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Agile teams.
• Experience participating in Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with State Government/Public Sector projects.
• Knowledge of Service Design, Customer Journey Mapping, and Service Blueprints.
• Experience with Customer Experience (CX) metrics and KPIs.
• Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder feedback sessions.

Education

Bachelor''s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
