Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location: Gardner, MA
Setting: Elementary Level, In-Person
Responsibilities:
- Provide ABA-based behavior support to elementary students
- Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
- Record and track student progress
- Support communication, social skills & classroom routines
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff
Requirements:
- Active RBT Certification
- Experience working with children or special education settings preferred
