Required Skills (5 years):
Maintenance, configuration & upgrades: Windows Servers, Cisco ISE, ASA firewalls, routers, switches
Monitor LAN/WAN, VoIP, telephony, virtual systems
Incident diagnosis/resolution
Maintain documentation, config standards, and change management
Implement security & assurance in network operations
Support VoIP, ACD, IVR
Tools/tech: Cisco ISE, Umbrella, FMC, DNA, AD tools, Intune, Tanium, Cayosoft, SSH, RDP, IDS/IPS, VMware vCenter, DHCP, DNS
Certification: Active CCNP required
Nice to Have: AD, VMware, and Windows Server admin depth
