What does a Nursing Supervisor do?
Step into the thrilling role of Nursing Supervisor at Fourth Street Clinic, located in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City! This position not only allows you to provide direct healthcare to our diverse patients but also empowers you to lead an exceptional triage nursing team. Your triage team plays a pivotal role in assisting primary care, behavioral health, and specialty providers by expertly triaging patients seeking same-day services, delivering individual nursing appointments, and offering group education. You'll collaborate with a passionate nursing team, including three Triage Nurses, a Pediatric Nurse, a Nurse Educator, and a Nursing Director, who collectively bring over 30 years of experience to the table.

What we're looking for in a Nursing Supervisor
To thrive as a Nursing Supervisor at Fourth Street Clinic, you'll need a blend of essential skills and qualifications. A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Utah is a must, ensuring you're well-equipped to provide exceptional healthcare. With at least 2 years of clinical experience, you'll bring a wealth of knowledge and practical expertise to your role, guiding your triage nursing team with confidence.
Proficiency with various healthcare tools is also crucial, as you'll need to use technology effectively to streamline patient triage and support care coordination. Additionally, you should have current Healthcare Provider BLS and ACLS certification, or be willing to obtain them within 90 days. With these skills, you'll inspire and lead your team in delivering outstanding service to our patients while enhancing their healthcare experience at Fourth Street Clinic.
Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Utah.
- 2 years of clinical experience required.
