Our client in the textile and apparel industry is looking for an experienced Textile Print Coordinator to support print development and pre-production in a fast-paced private label environment.
Responsibilities
• Manage the full print approval process from CADs through bulk production
• Coordinate print approvals with overseas mills and internal teams
• Prepare and review print files for production, ensuring print readiness
• Track approvals, revisions, and timelines accurately
• Communicate customer feedback and translate it into clear mill instructions
• Support sales and production teams throughout the development cycle
Qualifications
• 5 or more years of experience in textile print development and production
• Experience working with fabric converters, textile mills, private label apparel companies, or fabric importers
• Strong technical knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for repeats and color indexing
• Excellent color-matching skills and understanding of print execution on various fabric qualities
• Ability to manage multiple approvals in a high-volume environment
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
