Our client, a contemporary women’s fashion lifestyle brand, is seeking a multifaceted Store Manager for their high performing Manhasset location. Seeking a talented, energetic, Sales driven leader with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for fashion.
Responsibilities:
-Maintaining the highest level of customer service and meeting personal and store sales goals
-Creating and maintaining a client base
-Train, develop & motivate staff
-Lead by example
-Actively be a business leader in all areas of the day-to-day operations of the business including merchandising, shipments, event planning, marketing, opening closing procedures, etc.
Qualifications:
-Previous leadership experience is required
-Self-motivated and driven attitude
-Knowledge of current trends
-Organizational skills
-Ability to work a flexible work schedule including holidays and weekends
Salary: $90,000-100,000 base Bonus
