Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end design process, ensuring quality and fit
- Drive seasonal design strategy and trend
- Ideate and present initiatives to leadership
- Lead, mentor and coach design team
- Partner cross functionally with production and technical design
- Drive innovation in product offerings
- Build strong relationships with retail partners
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree
- 15 years of experience in children's apparel design
- Experience managing teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of fit, fabric, and production processes
