What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Technical Designer position at Fourth Floor?
Our fashion client is seeking an Assistant Technical Designer - Swim & Apparel to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis. This role will be onsite 5 days a week in Newport Beach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and maintaining detailed technical specifications, including tech packs, garment measurements, and construction methods
- Participate in fittings, ensure all detail fit notes are recorded.
- Complete fit comments and communicate to factory.
- Manage all fit samples, filing, prepping, etc.
- Assist with tech packs and POMs
