Our client, an apparel manufacturing company, is seeking an Assistant Designer for Dresses & Sportswear to join their team in Secaucus, NJ!
Please note, this role is onsite 5 days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Create and send tech packs
- Assist across the design process from concept through final product
- Use AI tools to create line sheets, decks, and sketches
- Create CADs
- Develop prints
- Stay organized and adhere to the company calendar and deadlines
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years experience in Fashion Design
- Bachelor's degree in fashion design preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in tech pack creation and CAD's
- Proficient in Adobe Suite
