Our Client, A Luxury Jewelry Company , is looking for a Finance Manager to join their team!
Accountabilities
- Responsible for the data accuracy in the balance sheet, in accordance with internal management rules as well as with applicable laws and regulations
- Responsible for the General Ledger. Controls and consolidates sub-ledger items (AP/AR). Ensures business continuity in general accounting
- Consolidates the necessary data and prepares the closing of the accounts
- Reconciles the balance sheet. Establishes the necessary provisions and prepares the necessary notes of the accounts
- Acts as the key contact for audit
- Supports, if necessary, the posting of customer invoices, incoming payments, etc. as well as supplier invoices
- Monitors intercompany charges
- Verifies and processes expense claims
- Record all bank transactions
- Assist in the budget management preparation and monitoring. Ensures compliance with established financial procedures
- Produces all necessary financial reports and analysis as required by the Finance Director and Managing Director
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Accounting. The successful candidate must possess a CPA and strong knowledge of taxes.
- At least ten years of senior level accounting experience
- Outstanding interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with people of diverse personalities, cultures, and communication styles. Proven track record in building sustainable and engaged relationships with third parties
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple projects and multi-task within a deadline-driven environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Competent technology skills, including proficiency with using SAP ECC and Microsoft Office
